Institute Of Computational Biology offers live projects to final semester student in the following domain:
* Biological Database Development
* In silico Drug Design
* Algorithm Development
* System Biology
* Biological Network Designing
* Toxicoinformatics
* Phylogenetic Analysis
* Cancer Biology
* Microbial Bioinformatics
* Support Vector Machine
* Micro array data analysis
Highlights of the Project work:
* Student /Project trainee will be given complete training on all the softwares relevant to the project work.
* All the projects are research based having scope of national/international publication and presentation.
* Projects will be offered based on past knowledge of students and their interest in a specific research area in bioinformatics.
* Our research advisers include researchers from Yale University,USA, Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR), Netherlands, IGIB,
Delhi, University of Calcutta
